Since autumn is already here and even winter is coming closer, I want to go back in time and show you some more pictures from last summer. You already may have seen some of my travel pictures from Croatia – a beautiful country with a troubled history. What I haven’t shown you so far, are the silent witnesses from its recent past. All across the country you can find abandoned places – some of them were left because of the war, some of them because their owners died or moved away. To me, those places always have a very special atmosphere and offer a glance to a place’s history. Come with me on a journey to the infinite beauty of decay.
